My spouse is suffering from an autoimmune condition. She's taking meds and is managing it well. But I did some research and Cannabis has come up a bunch of times as an immunoregulator. Just now also read it's good for treating fatty liver (which the medications cause sometimes) Thing is she absolutely does not like doing any kinds of drugs including alcohol too. Here's something that could improve her quality of life but I can't even suggest it to her. Maybe CBD oil... Any thoughts on this matter? Thanks
