Hi everyone, I heard there has been a recent development allowing foreign currency from a local bank foreign account to be transferred directly to another foreign account. If that’s the case, I’d appreciate any information on how it works. I currently have around $7,000 in my account at Bank of Abyssinia, and if there is a way to exchange it closer to the black-market rate.
