It's the way our brain works... It's looking for instant reward and pleasure in everything we do. Let's say if I start a gym, in the beginning everything is painful and the reward only comes after 6 months or so.... (Reward is like having good body shape, health, or six-packs). Instead, if I scroll through tktok my brain gets immediate reward and release neurotransmitter called "Dopamine" which feels good. The irony is that, after a while the amount of pleasure I get from scrolling will decrease... So, in order to get the same amount of pleasure I need to spent much more time on tktok, when it gets worse we do that just feel normal (we become addicted!) In nutshell, our Brain crave for immediate pleasure than the delayed one. (Even if the delayed reward is much more greater) แแฐแแ
