Feb 15, 2026If i may say fasting is mostly about how we live, not just food: By trying to pray more and stay close to God, by working on controlling my anger, gossip, and bad habits, By practicing humility, patience, and kindness, by helping others through love, forgiveness, and charity.by avoiding distractions and focus on a pure heart.fasting supposed to be less sin, more prayer, more love, and a better life with God, ofc not only betsom kenat but we must live it everyday as a Orthodox Christian, engdih egziabher enditegebirew libonawun yistegni
