Dec 28, 2023This is not medical tng or anything but it works for me every time Try holding ur nose (closing it) also close your lips and try pushing the air inside u it will try to escape through ur ears and wallaa ur fine This may not work idk
Oct 05, 2019dont do this repeatedly. it may seriously injure ur eardrum. . . and for the asker.. since u r anemic I 'ld say say this is palpitation(unusual perception of ur heart beat) but it shuld have been on both of ur ears so yeah see an ENT specialist.. I recommend Dr. Nega (ard hager fiker-piassa) but he might be an expensive option
