Does my SIM card have issues or it's just Ethiotelecom being an asshole? The problem is that I can't use my entire airtime balance and it says I'm out of balance while I have 1 or 2 birr left. For example if I have 10 birr I can only use 8birr out of it, if I have 20 then it's like 18 or something. What is going on?
