I got trichotillomania almost 1 year+ I got full beard but now it's sucks 😭 I tried to use gauntlet,tried to busy my hands, I even tell ppl around me to punish my behavior but I end up pulling them out🤧 is there anyone who got this and stop this.. like I said it passed more than a year
