I think we should sue CBE for it's poor service... The company collects service money monthly and is providing poor service especially during public holidays... I personally don't think it's server issue, they intensionally rig the system so that many can't take out their hard earned money. let's set an example that our generation will not tolerate this kinds of things

WHY DO Y'ALL USE CBE TO BEGIN WITH?!! You're simply making Gov't strong by storing your money there. In my opinion, storing your money in banks is not good, either hold it on hand or invest it as fast as you can. They make money with your money(which makes you poor in return btw) while doing absolutely nothing to protect it from devaluation.
