I have applied for Czech scholarhip for the 2nd straight year. Even though I got the test 112/115 in cumulative, I'm still rejected. I have no clue why. Has anyone ever applied and accepted or know the reason for the rejection. I'm really disappointed, I was so sure that I'll get the scholarship.
