I am looking around to buy an apartment in Addis. The idea is to get either a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment. For those of you who have bought one either directly or through mortgage plans what are some things I should look out for? Any tips?

But be cautious that, even ayat does not deliver on time! It took an extra time! But better than any other developers in Ethiopia! Do not trust the sells managers!
