first visit a nearby tena tabya or clinic and get a medical certificate (don't you lose that reciept, if you do, you'll be required to do the medical again) then go to a nearbg trafic mgt agency branch and get a letter indicating how many records you have. Then go to a nearby ash tesh branch with the above mentioned documents and a copy of your national id and renew your license. It will cost you 1080 birr, you don't need a photo! good luck
