So I started wearing my retainer like before 2 weeks and at the first it was kinda tight but through days its normal I don’t feel like i am wearing it but yesterday I forgot to wear it the whole night and day ahun mesto litgna sil sadergew its kinda tight ena does it bring a problem for my teeth?
