Is anyone else like this? I usually listen more than I talk. I don’t share much about myself unless someone asks, and even then I only give general, short answers. I don’t go into details about my day or my life — not intentionally, it’s just how I find myself communicating. Does anyone else relate to this?

Yes, I can relate, but practice is what makes you a good communicator. Sometimes, there may be fear of not being listened, but try to share your thoughts more repeatedly, and if you feel overwhelmed expressing it to your colleagues, try different circles who have more likely aura and thought as you.
