Mix honey with raw sugar and use it a scrub on your lips. You'll apply it and wait 10 to 15 min and then scrub it gently with your fingers finally you'll wash it with warm water(like you do on your regular scrub session) It will remove dead skin, norish your epidermis and bring back the bloody pink color of your lips.
