Think of it like this: Building a news website is like opening a restaurant in the middle of a desert. You can have a beautiful building and a world-class chef, but if there are no roads leading to it and you don't tell anyone about it, you'll have zero customers. The building is your website. The roads and the marketing are your connections, SEO, social media presence, and partnerships. You can't just open the doors and expect a line to form. You have to build the roads first. Create connections and partnership first!
