You misunderstood it at first. It is not because our Islamic identity comes first that we stood for Palestine. It is because we truly believe in justice and humanity. I don’t understand how you don’t feel humanity beyond race, culture, or religion. We were taught that “mankind is the best creation,” not only Muslims. We supported them the same way we hated injustice towards our Christian brothers back then. We still continue to stand for the innocent and the oppressed — like our brothers in Sudan, and anywhere else where injustice is clearly happening. That is our principle. Honestly, I advise you to study history well, but before that, learn about humanity first.
