To be honest with you, as long as you don't mind the Camera quality ANY laptop with a processor past 10th generation intel will be just fine. But seeing that all you do is online meetings I recommend a laptop that at least can last the whole day on battery if you do a bunch of meetings or classes on zoom. So here's my recommendation. According to you budget take this as the baseline: 2 routes either AMD or Intel. If you decide to go with AMD, look for a laptop with Ryzen 5 or 7 5000 series or later (do not go for Ryzen 3). If you decide to go with intel (I don't recommend intel at this day and age) look for a laptop with core i5 or i7 11th gen or later (do not go for i3). If you have the overhead, try to go for the Intel core ultra 5 or 7 series but they come with heftier price. And as a common for both routes make sure the laptop has a battery with at least 70,000 mWh capacity, no less. And1080p camera since you priority is zoom meetings. Have fun hunting it down brother!
