I received a file from my friend by my external hard disk and now when ever I open the hard disk file manager restarts and even if the hard disk is not plugged in, file manager process a lot to open and once it does it doesn't work and it's draining my battery a lot more than usual So what can I do other than formatting my pc? Thanks in advance
