Selam Fam, I wanted to take the IELTS test in person, and I have a few questions. 1. How do I register or where if it's in person? 2. How long before I take the test? 3. If I get below band 6, do I have to retake the whole test again or can I retake a specific part, Say Writing? If yes how much more will I pay? and When will I get to retake it? 4. Oct 28, 2025When I take the exam which is before 3 years 😁 1, I registered online and paid the fee and attached the slip online 2, the exam date you can select the date that you want to take the exam as far as I remember 3, you can take the exam over and over if you are not satisfied by your result I guess 4, there are a lot of YouTube videos you can check there
Oct 29, 2025Nowadays the IELTS test is given in different universities of Ethiopia under the control of British Council which is the only Authorized Organization to provide the test. As far as in my best knowledge the pass mark is 6/10 but if you score below it you can retake it again and again until you pass it. And the registration date is announced on the offical page of British council as well as at Tikvah University.
