Anyways bruh lemme tell ya what happened to us, we have taken the written exam in ጥቅምት and then there was nothing until April, and later they had group interview + group discussion, to evaluate and then they brought an offer which has a binding 200k birr debt that you are expected to sign right away before joining the bank, you cannot leave the bank unless you pay this debt or serve for minimum of 2 years in the position of wherever they want you to work if your are IT guy lol you may be assigned as a district network admin for the 2 years and later if you are interested in other disciplines of IT like development it's highly unlikely to shift. And before officially hired into probation period of 2 months there will be a training of 3 months the 200k birr debt is the tuition of this life skill training😁, if you ever had a job by the time the give ya the offer they would just literally request you to boycott your job and join them. And their salary is not much different than what other private companies offer for the IT trainee position. So I want you to carefully consider before choosing this journey.
