Hi guys, I wanted to start using creatine and does it have side effects on kidneys (some say it has if you have existing kidney issues) and are there clinic / hospitals in Addis Ababa to check if i can take it? Thanks!

Get ur blood work and see ur creatinine levels in the kidney it should be between 0.7 to 1.3 as a man and after taking creatine dont use more than recommended dose and also drink lots of water and limit animal protein because they also have creatinine and may elevate it more than it needs And checkup in 3 to 6 month to be safe
