Yo people.... Is AAU really that bad? I have seen some discussions in AAE here and some people, even a teacher, saw the university in a bad way..... if it is terrible, why would people still want to join? I calculated the birr amount they collected just for the UAT registration 2 years ago and it was 28 million birr.... God knows how much they'll take for 2017 💀... I also paid for the UAT and I got in, but I won't join cuz I'm in self sponsorship and my family won't be able to cover for me.... But seriously, why would we consider joining AAU when everyone that left said it's a shitty place???

Let's leave the teachers, the education alone let's talk about the dorm. The sink doesn't have a tubo and every water every thing that comes out of your mouth is on the floor. The proctors they let their anger out on the students they insult us like there is no tomorrow the boys dorm at main campus doesn't even have water thy fucking stink. The zebegna? They also insult us! Girls at fbe live facing the boys dorm and there is no privacy they literally see us when they are on balcony we heard that they record us by zooming it. And the stairs at new building will be the death of me and anyway that doesn't even cover half of it

for me personally its cause my parents wouldnt even accept a degree outside Aau, it has a reputation so everyone considers it the best, when in reality its really really bad. The teachers are soooo mean i cant put it in words. you have to be really smart or cheat well to get good grades here enji zor sitil yatetuhal. i never had grades below B in highschool but here?? jeez hod yifjew. if you really want to join tho, enroll in their extension programs its much cheaper. if not gn go somewhere else where you can get good grades

I’ve been there, and it’s not as bad as u’re making it sound. The school compound is safe and peaceful compared to other tmhrtbetoch. The education is good, and there are great scholarship opportunities...ena dmo smu Arif nw le sra edl... The only downside is that the teachers aren’t the best....kfu nachew.. and you have to be really smart to get good grades

Why would you ruin someone’s chance if you can’t pay? This is annoying.

I get your sentiment and I apologize for it.... I honestly thought I would join there but from the moment matric results were released, every plan I had collapsed.... I guess I didn't correctly hypothesized the situation...

People like because of its area which means it is situated in Addis. Otherwise it is dirty university specially after self governance
