You better apply for an e-visa prior to your going. I work in travel and visa processing , and from my experience, I’m telling you that you’ll suffer a lot when getting out of here if you don’t have a visa already. It’s mentioned in the requirements for Ethiopians going to Rwanda to have a visa prior. If you are going from another country, it will be easier, and you can get the visa on arrival as far as my knowledge goes.
