Hello. I was wondering if anyone can explain the difference between self and gov sponsored in uni. Like i get it(i really dont)…like you can choose your major mnamn but like do you go straight to study what ypu choose or you study freshman as anyone else? Demo... Health inde example bnwesd how much does it cost,how many times do i pay, what abt dorms and food? …betely which branch in addis is best not only for health but tech as well... 5k, sefereselam?...
