I’m 22 years old and recently diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis. Honestly, I feel miserable and crushed. It’s really hard to accept this at such a young age when most people my age don’t even think about joint problems. I keep comparing myself to my friends who can run, play, and move freely, and it makes me feel left out and scared about my future. I’m sharing this because I want to find others around my age who are also living with knee OA Please, can you tell me about your own experience — how you’re coping, what helps you, and how you keep going despite the challenges? @A_C_O_G
Sep 17, 2025Don't compare your self to other because the almighty Allah decided everything thing. Your life is only for you. Ever person in this world have different beliefs, emotions and also whether they are lucky or not that's the main point. Allah decided your future. Believe your God and yourselves. I wanna say again Don't see others lifestyle. That's our gift from the creator. Everyone gifted different bad things more than what you gifted.
