Like it could be that you don't see the beauty in yourself that other people see and it could also be that you know that you have some questionable or dump thoughts sometimes but people only assume from what you say. So I can say it's pretty normal and happens to the best of us don't stress about it.what you think about yourself and what people think about you don't always go hand in hand.
