Hi guys I received an item from someone, but it was stolen from my house by thief. I have shown the police evidence of the break-in, maybe which proves that the theft occurred I can't afford to pay The value of the property currently. I want to ask: 1. How does the law see this case? 2. Am I considered at fault for the loss? 3. Am I required to pay the full value of the stolen property?
