Business owners and entrepreneurs only.... I want your perspective. Do you think it’s possible to launch a taxi/lada service without actually owning any cars? Companies like Ride and Feres pulled it off, but right now I see tons of blue Corolla ladas (ሰመያዊ ቅብ ኮድ 1)just parked and not getting any work. Could tapping into those idle cars be a real opportunity, or is it not worth it?

in ideal situation awo... gn u have to sped time and money... le facilitation, mastawekiya.. serategna building ur system office kiray utility payment and on top of that u may have to undercut ur competitors... coz if u have to make it worth their while for the said taxis to work with u... yaw b mengist bekul yalew ngrm ale... nech ena semayawi taxi k mesmer liwetu nw yibalal so after them demo ladas lihon yichilal terachew... yaw the future is uncertain and i can bare all this burden mitl kehone am sure u will succeed but, we all see the few who made it not the many who tried and failed ena ya bubble demo endayshewdh. Aug 31, 2025I recommend following the lean launchpad method. Talk to some lada drivers. Ask them Why they don’t have work. Interview them and validate the problem first. Is it because they are too old that people don’t want them ? Is it because they can’t compete with ride/Feres and no one trusts them anymore ? Once you understand the problem well, you can reiterate the solution.
