1. Nuns and other people with a role that requires celibacy. You know the why. And from what I've heard so far they love it. They're giving their all to what they believe to be the Ultimate one right.
2. A lot of married women that get out of marriage because of Abuse Decide to be Celibate for the rest of their lives. Many mothers choose to spend the rest of their years raising their children and even when the children come of age they either go on to become more religious or stay the way they are. I've met many of those, they're happy.
3. I also do know of someone who have decided to become celibate. It's such a taboo in a country and time we live in but worldwide I thin it's becoming more acceptable than ever. Specially Among women. Career, Religion, Friends, Family, Self, goals and Ambitions are becoming as important. The "Must" is now being replaced by "If you really want to" and that's good. Back to the person I told you about tho, a lotta opposition from family and friends but last time I checked they're holding on alright.
