Hey everyone, if there is any technician or someone who has the know how, my hp pc has had 'no post' issue for 2 months now, and the caps lock blinks whenever I press the power button, I talked to hp assistant on WhatsApp and he told me the blink was code for RAM issue, but a local technician told me the RAM was fine and the BIOS or sth was the issue, but he tried and couldn't fix it permanently, it opens for a second but then it's back. I have used it for 5 years, do you think it has hope or should I just give up If there is any good and affordable technician you know that can fix it... Thanks
