This is kind of the norm these days. when you spend time together you can't be sure if that person is into you or not like everything looks normal on the surface and then the next day they ghost you and you might not even have wanted that person but the fact that they left you first makes you feel like shit I say the first thing you need to work on is your self-esteem because if it's going to be defined by how people treat you, you're going to get hurt I understand it stings that he left you like that but don't equate that with your worth. I know it's easier said than done but just work on yourself like build your confidence ,your self esteem and self-awareness. this is a serious issue and in the future it's going to help you deal with things. the more you develop yourself as a person the more you're gonna excel in social interactions and also personal romantic relationships. You have already taken the first step, knowing that you actually don't want that person but your ego is hurt, now that you know , you can work on it.
