Aug 17, 2025It is childhood trauma response.... I my self I grew up with my mother only... and she was an angel for outsider but vice-versa to our home... and what you are feeling rn believe me you will pass it on to ur child unless u acknowledge it face the truth and tell ur dad how he makes you feel... cause that's what I did... but also our parents can't help it cause they developed this behavior from their parents... so you have to be man enough and break the circle.
Aug 17, 2025Read “ምን ሆኛለሁ?” በትእግስት ዋልተ ንጉስ ። it’s about childhood trauma. Endezih aynet welaj ale eza lay. It will help you understand your trauma and how it has impacted you. If you want to heal demo there are other books 2. I recommend having spiritual practice in whatever your religion is. It will help you stay grounded
