The scholarship is not a done deal, and it is not as easy as you think to get a full scholarship in medicine, it mostly doesn't work. That being said, you can try the scholarship. It is a million times better to learn in china than here, even if it means sacrificing 3 years. And I think they accept some credit hours of anatomy, physio... so there might be a way not to start from zero. Learning and practicing medicine here is just not worth it. Consider your future plans, whether you are ready to give 3 years(sacrifice mitaregew) + 6years(of medicine) to be a doctor. But as a fellow medico, I advice you to run from medicine. And try scholars for other health related fields (if you're that passionate about health) as they are more probable to get.
