I am not sure but I don't think there is a treatment for saggy breasts. If you decide to go through it you could have a breast lift surgery. You could also lift your breasts without having any surgery by working out. If you are dedicated to it I am sure it will help. Also there are many push up bras these days that do a very good job at lifting it. PS don't let people's opinion bother you just do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
