You just have to decrease the amount of calorie you eat in a day. forexample if u consume 2000kcal in a day,reduce 500-700 and u gonna see a lot of change even in a week. or get in the aggressive cut. OMD. one meal a day. cut every trash food,ertib,ruz,dinch....these are for bulking. bcha controll what u eat. and do not seat too much,walk and do some home chores gym alfelgm kalk. Do things,walk nata mata. eat sufficient not till u get full.
