For doctors/pharmacist The thing is when i get sick like typhoid and ወባ, i usually have to take omeprazole 20mg too, cuz u know i will hav a stomach ache, so now am not sick of typhoid or ወባ but am having the same stomach ache that i get when i take capsule's (ጨጉአራዬን መክበድ ስሜት ) so if i go to clinic am sure they will prescribe omeprazole, so can i just buy it from pharmacy,cuz am busy and i don't want to take time on ምርመራ mnamn,what do u suggest??
Jul 29, 2025No, if u have experienced this complaint many times despite taking Omeprazole, it would be better if u go and be checked, cz lots of abdominal complaint may have the same manifestation, just "the abdominal pain''. Taking the same medication or group of medication may not be a solution if the diagnosis is something else.

Jul 29, 2025I would also suggest panto but distinguish the cause of your stomach ache. I think that is where you should start. What triggers it and why it is frequently happening or not. Study what you eat like a scientist. Do things which enhance your gut health. If your gut makes funny sounds after you eat or Bloating, time to take things seriously.
