Jul 18, 2025Mine was a weird one but i started to not worry about it. you know as a teenager you're so so horny so it's almost impossible to not do that. you will only hurt your self negatively by stressing about that yk? like literally most people do that. you can't stop it completely, and you don't have to. just decrease the amount. try to do less and less. especially porn, masturbation actually do not have negative sequence when done none frequently. it could be controversial but once a week or smth like that is completely okay, you ain't gonna win award for no fap. just take my advice in side not, it probably not for religious people.
