it's for the Doctors in here .. my period is late by 5 days but it's pain is there for the last 5 days & today is unbearable but still there is no blood at all ... i tried drinking hot stuff like Lemon, ginger , tea but nothing is coming out .... it's the 1st time that ever happens to me ... so what should i do? & what is the reason behind it?

Oct 14, 2020Drink hot , massage ur lower abdomen with like αα₯ α«α αα, then if all this fail to relieve ur pain take antipain preferably diclofenac. A cycle of 20-35 days is considered as normal and dont worry about the lateness from previous cycle

Oct 14, 2020Am not a doctor but i keep my period tracks but it's alway like 5,6 days late or sometimes it's just comes earlier than it's actually day so drink hot drinks i actually use coffee it helps with the pain and best of luck
