My laptop has a problem. When I press the power button, the screen stays black. I’ve already tried: Holding the power button for 10 seconds to force shut down and restart. Charging the laptop and trying again. Saw the power lights, hear sounds, or signs of life (but nothing appears on the screen). I cannot remove the battery because it’s built-in. It seems like the laptop may have a screen issue, a display cable problem, or a deeper hardware issue. Could you please help me check it? Thank you!
