Some men feel like they are responsible for spending and the money side of relation so if he feels that way and if he has no income then he can't be in a relationship (aka take the responsibility to spend for her). Mentally milew part I think he's just scared ooooor he when he think about relationship he feels like it's a lot of tasks.
