Jun 28, 2025የ2024 ተመራቂ ነኝ , ከዚህ በፊት ወደ አራት ጊዜ interview አድርጊያለሁ, በሚገርም እና traumatize በሚያደርግ ሁኔታ የዘመን ባንክ interview ወድቄ ነበር, ከዛ በኃላ ግን የእናት ባንክ interview አልፌ ከዛም አልፎ የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድን interview አልፌያለሁ. በአሁኑ ሰአት ደግሞ በHR Position ላይ እየሰራሁ እገኛለሁ እናም ሰዎች እንዴት interview እንደሚደረጉ የማየት ብዙ አጋጣሚዎች ነበሩኝ. ስለዚህ ከልምዴ እና ከHR ሀላፊነቴ እነዚህን ምክሮች ላጋራህ 1. Interview ስለምትደረግበት ድርጅት basic የተባለ እውቀት በደንብ ይኑርህ - ምንድን ነው የሚሰራው - Mission , Vision & value 2. ጥሩ የሆነ ስለራስህ introduction አዘጋጅ, የት እንደተማርክ, የተሳተፍክባቸው ክበባት እና volunteer activity ካሉ እነሱ communication skill እና ሌሎችን እንድታዳብር እነደረዱህ ግለጽ እና ልምድ ካለህም interview ከምታደርግበት postion ጋር አገናኝተህ አውራ. 3. interview ለምታደርግለት postion የሚያስፈልጉ skilloch እና interest እንዳሉክ የተለያዪ ጥያቄዎች ስትጠየቅ በተዘዋዋሪ ግለጽ 4. ምንም አትፍራ confidence ይኑርህ እሱንም የምታገኘው በደንብ በመዘጋጀት (preparation is the key) , በቂ እረፍት በማድረግ ( a good night sleep before the interview day is also crucial ) እንዲሁም ካንተ የሚጠበቀውን ዝግጅት አድርገህ ሁሉንም ለፈጣሪ ስጥ ጸልይ other common interview questions 1. where do you see yourself in 5 years (as i told you before connect it with the interview position ) 2. why do you want do join our company( emphasize your interest and how your skill align with the interview postion) 3.አንድ ከምትወዳደርበት postion ጋር የተያያዘ ጥያቄ አይጠፋም for instance when i was interviewed for customer service postion at bank የተጠየኩት ጥያቄ በጣም የተናደደ እና የሚሳደብ customer ቢመጣ ምን ታደርጋለህ የሚል ነበር ስለዚህ በአጭሩ በደንብ ተዘጋጅ (ከመጠን በላይ ግን እንዳይሆን አደራ) በቂ እንቅልፍ እንዲሁም ፀልይ ጭንቀትህን በሙሉ ለፈጣሪ ስጠው ካንተ የሚጠበቀውን preparation ብቻ አድርግ ደግሞም አትርሳ ሁሉም ሰው ለinterview ሲሄድ ይፈራል መጠኑ ይለያይ እንጂ if you need any additional support ( like i can interview you for free and others ) feel free to contact me .
Jun 29, 2025Just be confident, whatever your answer may be. The interviesws mostlye look at how confident you are by your attitude. Interviews mostly ask you to: -> Introduce yourself -> Why would they hire you? -> What value are you going to add to their company? and stuff. Just be cool, confident and tell them what they need to hear. Mostly the game works like that. Best of luck, mate.
