discipline is over rated my dad is the most disciplined employee i ever known personally never late never calls in sick is even burdened by many works of others cuz the more u work hard in a company u will be rewarded with more work that being said i make more than him right now even tho am 25 and hes 55 am no way near disciplined as he is and i was never an employee i run my own business there is a lesson in this idk where but there is😅
