It depends on the time the house is delivered. For example, if it's a new building planned to be finished in 2-3 years, you will pay 10% as a down payment and then 5% based on the time you have around for 10-20 rounds. Sometimes, it's rare tho but they may link it with bank and extend the payment time. If it's going to be delivered, you have only two ways, either you'll have 3_6 months depending on the developer willing or bank loan.
