I moved abroad for my masters. Sadly, it took me longer than expected to complete it. In those times my life was basically library and home (single room) almost all the time. I used to be very confident in myself before that experience. However, I notice now that I have developed maybe social anxiety. I overanalyse conversations and my responses every time I hang out with people. I overthink and criticise myself. I get drained easily. I speak in a low voice to the point people are always leaning towards me to listen. I understand the language barrier has its own impact but mainly it seems I have lost my self esteem in some ways. What advice do you have for me? Also can you share your story if you experienced something similar?
