Is it just me that have a hard time rejecting ppl like I can’t say no why is that? And how can I not care and reject ppl respectfully cuz I’m struggling out here I feel really bad I feel like a bad person when I say no

May 19, 2025What can I tell you I am struggling with this but for the last 3 years I started watching YouTubers with the mindset I would like to have like tam kaur,the wizard,lumma aziz,Adete dahiya,Simon and I know it might be overwhelming so first you need to focus on yourself that's when you start to take yourself seriously,take your time seriously and stop taking bs. Am not saying I have reached the mindset I wanted but now I have a lot more chances of saying no that before which is big step for me. Whatever you would like to change,start consuming that cuz you are the content you watch
