That's not just a feeling or a perspective for me but a truth. Unfortunately our world is wielded by seducers, hypocrites, ruthless people and so on. Our world doesn't play fair even in the countries we believe they are civilized. May be what keeps one committed, even taking the masses as example, that would be God, or a good morality. You know you can be bad and get everything you wished for in a snap of a finger, but what keeps you human, a good one, committed, religion or a good philosophy.
