Hello everyone 👋 I'm a medical student (currently in PC2, soon to be C1). As many of you may have heard, especially in light of the recent movements among health professionals, the healthcare system in Ethiopia is a shit. There has been noticeable disrespect from the government, and the salary for medical professionals is around 9,000 ETB, which is quite inadequate. I've been reflecting on this situation and have come to the conclusion that relying on this system may not be the best path forward. I'm considering finding opportunities outside the country. If you have any advice, recommendations, or ways to help me explore this option, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
