Oct 12, 2020Have you ever noticed the confident people on the stage who has no fear of people well you are not different from those people try to feel like them, imagine their feeling or do this what do you think about those people you feel nothing I mean when you see those people present or talk on stage you are gonna say that they are good at what they do and that they are lucky in comparison to you but when you get up on the stage they are gonna say the same thing about you trust me I used to be like you and I tried my way and it worked use this be confident you are awesome you are like all the amazing people out there don't let fear hold you back !
Oct 13, 2020I think social anxiety is not something u overcome it easily and swiftly because it is neurochemical disorder which setup in your brain it might come with genetics or environmental factor.and this disorder makes u overly conscious toward u not others which makes u anxious even if u don't want to and this chemical controls your thinking and emotions.so to tackle it out u need more time. And don't lose any hope just believe u can change and get rid of any negative self talk as it drain your energy to have confidence and use your potential.

Go to events with more open people Less social scenes (hackatons,gallery,movies ....) join zoom group (toasters,agura ....) then you will start losing you anxiety and be like the rest.btw most people are actors including I act a certain why with some people and different to others so fake it until you find your circle
