Hello everyone :-), I'm keen on exploring the field of NLP( neuro linguistic programming). There are numerous courses and materials available, but I'm not sure which route to take. I want to understand the core principles, but I'm more inclined towards practical application. Just to set the record straight, I have no intention of becoming an NLP coach. My focus is on how to employ these techniques in everyday life. Has anyone here successfully taught themselves NLP? What resources did you find invaluable? Are there any courses, books, or other materials you'd recommend for someone who wants both to learn and to apply this knowledge? Thanks in advance for any guidance
