Does anyone know how to transfer from a public university to a private one in Ethiopia? I’m a 3rd-year Software Engineering regular student, and I honestly feel tired and stuck on campus. I just want to leave and continue my education elsewhere — ideally in a night or distance program at a private university. Is it possible to transfer like this? If anyone has done it or knows how, please help.
